Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Bamsies! If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
Return Options

💳   Refund to Original Payment Method
A flat $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you may choose to use your own shipping method and send the return to the address below.

🛍️  Store Credit
No return fee. Free return shipping is on us! Choose store credit and keep 100% of your purchase value.

Shipping, Tracking & Insurance (Important)
  • If you use the Bamsies prepaid label:
  • Tracking is included and will be shared in your return confirmation
  • We recommend purchasing optional shipping insurance if available.
  • If you use your own shipping method:
  • Please use a trackable service and consider purchasing insurance.
  • You are responsible for the package until it is delivered to our facility.
  • Bamsies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit, regardless of shipping method. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item/size, we’ll send you a prepaid return label—no return fee will be charged.
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or error
We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
    1. Email returns@bamsies.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We’ll send you a return label—or you may ship using your preferred method.
    3. Ship the item:
      • If using our label, attach it and drop off—tracking is included.
      • If using your own method, please use a trackable service and consider insurance.
    4. Drop off the return or schedule a USPS pickup.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are issued as store credit so you can make a new purchase in the correct size/style.
  • You will need to initiate the exchange request by emailing returns@bamsies.com.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for inspection and processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund (minus any applicable fee) or store credit has been issued.
