Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
During launches or promotions, processing may extend to 3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
From time to time, we offer promotional free shipping (e.g., Grand Opening: Free Shipping—72 Hours!). Any promo details shown in the banner or at checkout will apply automatically.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order leaves our facility.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Need to update your address? Email returns@bamsies.com ASAP. We’ll try to intercept before shipment, but we can’t guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please:
Check with household members/neighbors and common drop areas;
Allow 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early);
Contact the carrier with your tracking #;
Then email us and we’ll help troubleshoot.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it’s in carrier custody. Bamsies is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
We recommend optional shipping insurance at checkout when available.
If your order arrives damaged, email returns@bamsies.com with your order # and photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Split Shipments & Backorders
To get your items to you faster, we may ship items separately at no additional cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Preorder or backordered items will ship by the estimated date shown on the product page; your confirmation email will include details.
Processing vs. Transit Time
Processing time is the time to prepare your order.
Transit time is the time the carrier takes after pickup. Delivery windows shown at checkout reflect transit time and begin after processing.

We currently do not ship internationally. (International orders are final sale under our Returns Policy.)

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Refund to original payment: $6.00 return label fee (or use your own method).
Store credit: no fee; free return label provided.
